ye that what i did with john fleck for rangers he is amence but not quite at his best so sent him out on loan for the season

I always leave them in the under 18s until they're 18, then send them out on loan, then promote them to the first team but make them available for the reserves. I try to give them a run in the cup, as well as a few games against weaker opponents in the league.

i signed an older experienced player so i could have two quality players in the same position but i had the older guy tutoring him works a treat
