Young Team

Can anyone suggest me a team with many young, good players to manage??
I don't care if it is the best of the league or the worst, just to have mostly young players and good enough. Also, I prefer to be stable financially, even though it's not vital.
Of course I am not looking for top teams like Manchester Utd, Barcelona, Juventus, Milan, etc.

Leeds Utd; just in 2nd season (Champions first) and really enjoying it. Had the game since release day and I've finally managed to get into a save
