can you tell me any teams with a low average age and a lot of youngsters?i dont care how good they are or in which league, just to be in europe.of course the youngster must be good with a lot of potential to lead the team to glory in the future.
 
thanks, but tottenham is too good for what i want and ajax is one of the best in the league.i want teams that are not among the best of their country. i may try a save with rijeka

Challenge - Palermo , Nice , werder Bremen

Difficult - Swindon , Barnsley , Herenveen , Sint Truidense , Norrkoping
