Young (U25) quality poacher and left/right backs

Hi. I am managing Fulham. We've won Premier League and would like to strengthen the squad during the summer. I need a quality poacher and left/right defenders. The league just finished, so I'm not entirely sure how much to spend. Since it's Fulham and not Chelsea or ManU, I probably can't get the most expensive players.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

One thing I've been doing for LB/RB is finding DC/DM's with good crossing and re-training them.

They've usually got better dribbling / 1st Touch than a lot of 'normal' full-backs.

Jonathan Mensah from Evian is doing well at RB for me at the moment (6m + add-ons)

On the left I've got Neil Taylor from Swansea (7m over 48 months)

Bit of a Target Man rather than a Poacher - but Tomas Necid bangs them in for fun.
