Youngsters to Ajax

Hey
I have a problem. I just started a save with Ajax Amsterdam and i want to make a Scandinavian team and there for I am trying to buy Andreas Cornelius and Jores Okore from Denmark. But they don't seem to be interested in joining my club from the beginning of the save. Can I do anything about it or something?

Keep talking to the press about them!!! Plus get bids accepted for them and maybe they will want money to join!!
