Hi, I just have one simple question. If I have youngsters that are good enough to play for the reserves team, should I keep them there and let them train with my first team coaches? Who are better than my youth coaches. Or should I let them play and train with the youth team, since the coaches on the youth team are good with youngsters? What will get the most out of my youngsters who I have high hopes for?
