Hand of god. Symbolises Englands luck in international tournaments. But the Maradona goal when he ran from inside his own half and scored against England was amazing. As was Owens in '98 against Argentina. :)

In all seriousness, one of my favourite moments was Diana Ross missing a penalty in the opening ceremony of USA '94 XD. I honestly enjoyed the Ronaldinho free-kick and, while I'm on the subject of Brazil, another two moments.

1. Rivaldo getting a ball kicked at his leg... then falling holding his face. XD
2. Roberto Carlos "marking" Henry in '06 and... well, you can guess what happened. XD

i really dont care if it was, your irish, im not going to expect you too follow england, infact i want ireland, scotland, wales to lose every time they play so seeing them not reach the finals or get knocked out of the world cup feels me with joy as im sure it does with you (euro 2008)
 
I loled when we lost, England are ****, do we actually think we will win the world cup?
 
my two favourite memories are beckhams penalty against argentina in 2002, and joe coles goal in 2006

As Argentinean, the best moment, was Caniggia´s goal and eliminating Brazil from a World Cup. Specially after having been outplayed for almost the whole match. That was an epic game

my first proper world cup was 1998 so i would have to say michael owen's goal against argentina.
