After many seasons of patience in the last couple of campaigns I'm now beginning to see a lot of quality coming through as youth candidates, something I didn't think I'll ever see when I first took over as boss of Blue SQ South side, Welling United. Below are 3 of my best academy regens that I've produced & I would be interested to see other players that have come through a team that you've managed which, at the start, didn't have a good reputation such as your Barcelonas, Ajaxs, Man Utd, etc. In order here are my top 3.
1. Oliver Waugh

The first & original. Remarkable improvements from when he first hit the scene at 17. One of the best players of his generation, already an England regular. Played as a defensive playmaker. English Pirlo!
2. Dominic Warren

Latest addition to the Welling squad. best played as a Defensive Stopper, I've already started playing him & I think he will be one of the top English defenders for years. Again, classed as one of the best players of his generation.
3. Jake Bridges

On loan at Spurs at the moment, showing promise. Labelled as a Wonderkid.
