He is doing great, he is the Captain and I had bought him specifically to retrain as Rb for a more defensive Full back than Behrami, most of the season he has played as Cb though! I paid, 11.5 million for him, my 1st signing! great player, i always highly recommend him!

I've retrained Pique to play as a defensive mid-fielder to give extra depth for this position as I only have 2 players for it.
The youth team is filled with top quality regens that I've been buying on a regular basis, which is starting to cause me problems when they get promoted as I have no room for them, so I turned the youth setup into a money generation bank where I maximise their values and sell them at the age of 19 to 20.
