Vermaelen, lemme guess... headers from corners most of them? Did that for me. Wilshere is the nuts! Oh, and you left out the left back!

Yeh, he attacks the near post and scores like 90% of the time. Oops, DL is Aly Cissokho (£10 million), looking for someone better but not sure who to go for? Any recommendations?

Nah, I managed Arsenal after Wenger went to france in '14. Funnily enough, he bought Cissokho also! He also bought Martin (?) Ollsson(?) who could be played all along the left side, but I recently bought Jack Robinson as a young backup whos potentially great! Search for Grant Parkin, don't know if he's a regen or not, but supposed to be the bollocks.

Thanks Maestro, I will check Robinson and Parkin out. Cissokho has not been as good as I had hoped but he was only £10 million so no biggy.
 
I think you should keep him, what season are you in? because he becomes one of the best in my save (although, I am in 16/17!) BTW, did Chamakh perform for you? Scored 30 goals before I joined, scores about 3 in my first season, sold him the next. Fans weren't happy

I'm in the third season, so I think the year is 2013 or 2014. I will stick with him for this season at least, my team is doing not too bad so its all good. With Chamakh I tried to sell him right away to generate cash, no buyers so he went on loan (to Bayern I think) then I flogged him for about £2.5 million. It was good to get his £50,000 weekly wage off the books! The fans weren't bothered but that will be because I never used him anyway.
 
In 2013/14 season and i have taken over everton from blackburn as was headhunted by the club

When teams are controlled by the computer they do not change the squad very much. They persist with players over 30 yo for years so that, for example, Rio Ferdinand is still getting regular games in 2014! You really notice it if you take a new job in a game which you have had running for a few seasons, a clear out is always required!

fair enuff that is what i am doing aswell is rebuilding the squad but also doing a clear out of players
