I think the reason y ur in 16th is because u play a strange formation, either move Hoilett to left mid or move Lallana to right wing

Diane was signed on a free transfer, only signing apart from loans due to Birmingham board being in crisis so i have no funds. Diane was valued at 200k when he signed, now he is worth 1.8million with Lyon chasing him. Reserves like Jervis, Asante, Packwood, Butland etc are loaned out to lower league clubs to gain 1st team places. Also i have training programmes setup for the squad. I have also added Brian Eastick to my backroom staff, managing my U18s. It's going good so far, top of league with games in hand and proceeded to the knockout phases in EURO Cup coming second in my group to Club Brugge. I'am now hoping for a new board to takeover therefore i will have more funds available if i get promoted to improved my squad, would look to get new centre midfielder maybe Bressan. Any thoughts??
