CB: Alvaro Dominguez/ Marcos Rojo

Best team i have ever had in all FMs because :

1. Its a relistic squad. Doesnt have any world class rep players that wont ever come in Greece.
2. Its young. 24 years old average age. That gives me at least another 5 years of realistic play as i dont like playing with regens. I never use them inly bying them cheap to gain profit later.
3. I have in my U21 team Paulo Dybala and Adryan Oliveira Tabares so nice backup for the two fron if i have a great offer for my first team ones.
4. It has a great balance in nationalities. I have at least two players of the same nation so they never get homesick. 2 Portuguese, 3 French, 3 Brazilians, 4 Argentinians plus Fierro (Mexico) and Corzo (Peru).
5. It has a descent amount of Domestic players. 9 Greeks.
6. Most of them play together since the first year (2011).
7. The front two (Kakuta and Fierro) are the best i ve ever had. I get excited in every single match.
and most importandly...
8. I never used 48months payment so i have a wordclass team AND ultra healthy finances.
and most importand...
9. They ve just won the Champions League (thanks to Fuss V3 tactic) so they will not bother me for leaving the low rep league, and they have the best availiable general morale.

Juventus, beginning of 3rd season

GKs: Buffon/Branescu
CBs: Chiellini/Bocchetti/Caceres/Dede
FBs: Lichtsteiner/Santon/Criscito/Isla
DMs: Vidal/Asamoah
CMs: Pirlo/Marchisio/Poli/Ekdal/Honda
IFs: Giovinco/Giovani dos Santos/Vucinic/Kagawa
FCs: Cavani/Paloschi/Kadlec

Buffon, Vucinic and Pirlo are getting on a bit and I'm unsure of their future. Verratti and Poli can easily replace Pirlo, and Branescu should be ready to step up when Buffon retires. The only real alternative for Vucinic I have in mind is Balotelli, but he is far from joining me. Been chasing him even when he was unhappy at City, but doesn't want to negotiate. I believe I'll be keeping them until they hang their boots and use them as tutors for my upcoming youngsters, which are listed below:

Verratti/Rugani/Prestia/Crisetig/Polenta/Andersen/Capuano/Pogba/Dametto/Giandonato

Forgot to add that this is my most enjoyable save ever on FM. The only thing that comes near is a Lyon game back in 05/06. I'm proud of my domestic player bias, realistic signings, overall finances and results. As another member stated, I never use regens as it just ruins the game for me. Most of my players are listed on the club information page, so that says a lot. And I'm not looking into any more signings except Balotelli (he's just too cool irl) or if anyone has any high recommendations.

Cheers!

I have Andrea Poli coming in too at the end of the season.

thinking of selling Roger Johnson instead of Richard Stearman next season since Roger Johnson is kind of slow and my tactics are based on fast defenders.

Beerschot AC (Belgian Pro League), July 2018. Since my arrival we've been 5th, 3rd, 4th, 3rd, 3rd, 1st and 2nd in the league, we've been in 6 Cup finals, winning 4 of them (twice back-to-back) and we've been in 3 Super Cup games, winning all 3 of them.
In the EURO Cup we've been present on 5 occasions: the first time we lost to Liverpool in the last Qualifying Round, the second time we got to the Group Stage but came in 3rd and the other three times we got to the First Knockout Round but were beaten by Celtic, Arsenal and CSKA Moscow. In the Champions Cup, we were third in our first and only participation last year, thereby qualifying for the First Knockout Round of the EURO Cup.
Now, we're just about ready to go at it in our fourth Super Cup and this is my team sheet for that game: (most players are newgens, they are marked with an x)

GK - Patrick Abdullahi (Nigerian international, 23yo) x

DR - Moisés (Brazilian U20 international, 20yo) x
DCR - Everton (Brazilian U20 international, 23yo) x
DCL - Davor Niksic (Croatian U21 international, 21yo) x
DL - Nicolas Delporte (Belgian U21 international, 24yo)

MCR - André van Boxtel (Dutch U21 international, 24yo) x
MCL - Rafinha (Brazilian U21 international and ex-Barcelona, 25yo)

AMR - Adnan Januzaj (Belgian international and ex-Man Utd, 23yo)
AMC - Coutinho (Brazilian international and ex-Inter, 26yo)
AML - Jaguaré (Brazilian U20 international, 23yo) x

STC - Rodrigo (Brazilian U21 international, 23yo) x

SUB - Júnior (Brazilian D LR, 23yo) x
SUB - Mathieu Noël (Belgian U21 international DC, 21yo) x
SUB - Jordy Croux (Belgian U21 international MC, 24yo)
SUB - Nildo (Brazilian AM/M R, 21yo) x
SUB - Sami Ateya (Egyptian international AM/M RL, 23yo) x
SUB - Ben Kerkhofs (Belgian U21 international ST/AM C, 21yo) x
SUB - Frans Rutten (Belgian U21 international ST, 21yo) x

I have a pretty young but very competitive side and a lot of rotation is both needed and possible. Four players that are rotated around but couldn't get onto the team sheet for the next game:

Cristian Borja (Colombian international ST/AM RL, 30yo)
Cheikou Kouyaté (Senegalese DM, 28yo)
Darnel Situ (French U21 international DC, 26yo)
Chérubin Iyolo (Belgian U21 international ST, 20yo) x
Floriano (Brazilian U21 international MC, 23yo) x

I know this probably doesn't say a lot, but it's quite a good team and I'm proud of it. Especially since Beerschot AC was in quite a bad financial situation when I first took over. I've had to make do with transfer budgets of 2 million euros for years. Now, finally, I have a budget of 12 million, probably because I spent very little last year and brought in about 10 million.

Start of third season in charge of Norwich. 2011/12 saw a 11th place finished in the Premier League along with picking up the League Cup with an extra time win over Newcastle but got knocked out in the third round of the FA cup. 2012/13 saw a 14th place finish in the league, quarter final loss in the League Cup to Arsenal, fourth qualifying round of the Europa League and lifted the FA Cup. I have to admit I was quite lucky with the draw getting Rotherham (L1), Bury (L2), Fulham (16th in PL), Swansea (20th PL), Huddersfield (CH) and finally West Ham (CH). So far in the 2013/14 season I'm through to the 4th round of the League cup where I'll face League One Millwall, the group stages of the Europa League where I'm playing Ajax, Werder Bremen and Dnipro and sitting 8th in the league.

This is the side I'm about to face Arsenal with

GK - John Ruddy - England

WBR - Kyle Naughton - England
WBL - Daley Blind - Holland
CB - Sebastion Bassong - Cameroon
CB - Michael Turner - England
CB - Angel Dealbert - Spain

CM - Jermaine Jenas - England
CM - Bradley Johnson - USA
AMC - Giannis Fetfatzidis - Greece

CF - Grant Holt - England
CF - Jermaine Defoe - England

Subs:
GK - Declan Rudd - England
DC/R - Russell Martin - Scotland
DC - Alberto Botia - Spain
AMC/ST - Ashley Harris - England
MC - Johnny Howson - England
AML/ST - Dani Pacheco - Spain
ST - Steve Morison - Wales

Best of the rest:
GK - Jed Steer - England
RB - Steven Whittaker - Scotland (injured)
LB - Allesandro Del Prete - Italy (new gen)
DC - Dani Ayala - Spain
DC - Ryan Bennett - England (injured)
DC - Matteus Boumsong - German (new gen)
CM - Rasmus Falk - Denmark
CM - Miroslav Radosevic - Serbia
CM - Andreas Midtgaard - Denmark (on loan to Barnsley)

I've got high hopes for Del Prete and Boumsong as they've been immense in the U18 league. Midtgaard is currently averaging 7.99 five games into his three month loan at Barnsley and is only 19. Radosevic is 18 and is seriously pushing for a place in the starting XI. This will be a make or break season for Falk. He has the potential but has yet to deliver.

About to begin 5th season with Reading:

GK: Fabianski
DR: Mattias Johansson
DC: Uros Cosic
DC: Steven Caulker/ Sebastien Bassong
DL: Kieran Gibbs
MCR: Anderson/ Franco Zuculini
MCL (AP): Felipe Anderson/ Fabian Delph
AMR: Vladimir Weiss/ Ryad Boudebouz/ Simone Pepe
AMC: Rui Fonte/ Felipe Anderson/ Jese
AML: Abdoul Camara/ Ryad Boudebouz/ Jese
STC (P): Daniel Sturridge

Finished third in the PL and won the FA Cup last season. Just sold Josip Ilicic who was pretty integral to my team until phased out by Fonte and F. Anderson. Sturridge has been brilliant - 89 goals and 29 assists in 86 appearances after being picked up on a free. Just got Benzema on a free so I'm likely to change my formation. Felipe Anderson is fantastic - gets plenty of assists and the odd goal and averages over 7 despite not reaching full potential on my save. I have a lot of Gens (as is to be expected at that stage) who are covering the first team so it is a slightly larger squad.
