Yeah I got like £150M to spend at the start of season 3 with the money the board gave and after selling players and buying none. He cost me £80M + £5M in installment if I remember correctly.

Neymar is a beast. I played him as a winger not as an inside forward so he doesn't score a lot, only 20++ goals but his assists are 30+++ and his average rating is 8.2++. Worth every penny.

Yeah, I know. Got him as well. Playing him as Inside Forward and has 16 goals and 12 assists in 27 games. And it's only his first season.

My Manchester United team. Halfway through the city season now. Won 4 premierships (won every season so far), 2 FA cups and a league cup. Third season in Middlesbrough after winning the EPL title on the last day. Considering I am slated to be 14th place, winning 1st is a huge achievement. I literally won it in the last second as I scored a 93rd minute injury time goal to beat Everton 3-2 and won the league by 1 point ahead of Tottenham and Chelsea. Missed out on a double as Man City defeated us comprehensively in the Fa Cup Final.

After a stingy 9 mil transfer kitty in the second season, they gave me a huge war chest of 54 mil. So I went out to buy. And buy. And buy. Sold Ruben Vezo for 16.75 mil, which was a quick one season flip from 2.4 mil :D

My third season was in Middlesbrough after winning the EPL with an amazing 10 point lead, won the FA cup but was literally shown the gulf after being thrashed by Real Madrid 5-0 in the Champions League final. :( Kimmich and Denis Cheryshev went #%#$# on me, wanting to leave, so I let them off but at 48 mil and 26 mil. A good trade considering i bought them for 13.5 mil and free transfer.

This is how I started in the fourth season with quite a lot of reinforcements to push further in CL and tried to have an English focus in my squad. It is the EPL after all. Fourth season is 2/3 gone, and probably will sell Woodrow as I have a South African regen who is a bit slow (11 pace / 12 accel) but has insane mental and striking attributes who is only 20 years old and has significantly more room to develop. :)

I mixed it up with Gobluez 4-2-3-1, my own 4-1-3-1-1 and protoss 3.0 :) Though a little sad as I went out in the QF of CL :(

I have a standard tactic (goblue 4-2-3-1), but I tend to pull tactical surprises just so that I am not THAT predictable.

I sold Harry Chapman on the first day of playing (I haven't played FM for 3 years, and don't really check wonderkid lists). Only realised he can be amazing when I sold him and visited more pages/threads to have some idea of top players. A huge pity but I don't like young players coming up to me and saying how they are ambitious/want to move up. I don't like to waste time, so I let them go when they #@%#@ too much :p

No regrets though, I have a few 4 star (+1 black star) potential regens coming to my squad in season 5, even though I didn't significantly strengthen any area per se...Oh ya, a small thing that I spent a huge sum to buy John Stones for 34 mil. :D I didn't want Manchester United to take all the good defenders, so I decided to strengthen my squad and steal him under their noses. :>
