There's a frustration thread, we need a cheerful thread so here's this one.

Mine was yesterday, which gave me the idea for this thread.

My team wigan faced Fulham in Premier.

Free kick from close in front of the area. To be taken by my fest free kick taker, Jason Koumas. Shoots the ball over the wall... to the goal... the goalie won't reach! *boing!* it bounces off the post over the line... *pang!* bounces on the goalie's fists oi!... *pang* crossbar go in! go in!... duh still can get in *bong!*... the post again :'(... toward the middle and out of goal... oO) luckily there was Charles N'Zogbia to push the ball into goal while the goalie was still on the ground from his attempt to stop the ball.

seeing Wallsall go into Administration days after beating me 3-0 at home :D I went back above then league then lol

I was playing against liverpool yesterday and first half it's 2:0 for liverpool i resumed it to the second half, didn't even watch it and when i came back it was 2:2! :D

that's just happened to me, I was 2-0 up, came back to see it was 2-1 with 5 minutes left, so i employed time wasting tactics then conceded on the 96th minute. Ref only said 4 minutes injury time

yeah, i know... i HATE when that happens. but it's just like adebayor i guess, i hate him because he always scores against me but i bet i'll love him if he'll play for me...
though admit that it will get a smile up your face if it was the other way around...

just a shame Fm is hitler and its rarely the right way around

which is why i bet this thread will be with a lot less posts of "happy" events than the frustration thread

Was losing 1-0 to Cardiff in the FA cup 5th round, 92nd minute (of 93), Beckham scored a 30 yard free kick :D

My happy event for today is that Liverpool have now finished paying back the chairman and bank loans which totaled £3.3 million a month and i should now start to turn a profit and build the squad ready for the new season and a push for the prem, fa cup, league cup, and some euro cup

My moment would be leading 1-0 in the last 5 minutes of a FA cup game against Liverpool, my centre back plays the ball back to my goalie who is on the edge of the area, he tries to belt the ball up the pitch and it smacks the back of the striker who is walking back down the pitch and loops over the helpless goalie's head and into the empty net, 1-1 and lost in the replay....gutted

Mine just happened. I've won the 2010 World Cup with England and it is pretty much entirely down to one man, Phil Jagielka.

Had Rio Ferdinand suffer a small injury that would keep him out for a couple of games. I decided to use Jagielka to fill the void. He got the winner against Holland in the second round. Scored against Chile in the quarters. Got the winner in a 1-0 over Argentina (YES!) in the semis. And got the winner against Spain in the final. It finished 1-0.

The man is a legend. I wanted to make him captain but I thought vice would suffice.

BTW, Rio never did make it back into the squad at all for the World Cup. He watched Phil lead us to victory from the bench!

Playing as Liverpool in a title race with Man United and desperately needed a win at Old Trafford to keep my title hopes alive. I was down 2-0 at halftime. 2-2 with about 5 minutes left, Van der Saar comes out of the box to try to head a long ball clear. He heads behind instead and Torres runs by to tap it into an empty net. Won the game, but ended finishing a point behind Man United at the end of the season.

got oldham athletic promoted to championship, first season in i was 3rd from bottom with a game left and sheffield wednesday just above me went into administration, got deducted 10 points and were relegated hahahaahaha.

The frustration thread has vanished. So I will post here something that is meant to encourage one player about one of his frustrations: that of his team having more possession and more chances, the rival getting 3 or 4 and yet losing 0-2 or 0-3. So here's a screenie in which I was the one with lower possession and less shots on goal yet winning 3-1 against Newcastle.

Tonking Weymouth 4-1 with first season Bognor Regis in first round of the FA Trophy. Annihilated them. Totally and utterly annihilated them. My team has an average age of 21 and are sooooo inconsistent. This game restored my faith in the boys. So what that we went out the next round to an 89th minute goal scored when the Cambridge centreback capitalised on one of the exhausted young lads mistakes at a corner?

Onwards and upwards!

Mine was the most random thing in fm2006. I had quite a good liverpool team, had won a few trophies but in my third season the team just capitulated against fulham i think and lost 7-1. Everyone played a four or five, I honestly don't know what happened, still don't.

Signed Josh Lambo and Matej Rapnik, first season for Annan :).
