so you pick any team in all of the leagues in england,i don't mind what database and every transfer season i give you 2 players to sign.I will assign small clubs from the blue square south and north free transfers and loans
blue square premier and league 2 under 100k or loans
league 1 and championship under 300k or loans
prem over 300k or loans

if you manage Chelsea for example you can't sign any below 300k or a free transfer as it dose,nt say get it
