Your new Best Player in the World

Now that the World Cup is over and taking last season into account i am keen to know who your favourate player in the world is. I will make a poll so we can see the proper results, please try and give reasons for your choice and lets try and keep the debating friendly.

I am picking Andres Iniesta not just because he scored the winner in the World Cup Final because their is much more than this. I know Xavi is massivly rated but Iniesta is the only player that comes close to him on a technical level i would take him in the Chelsea squad any day. He also shows his passion so much for the game but also shows their is much more to the game with his undershirt revieling the specal messege to close friend Daniel Jarque. And taking all this into account the lads 26 and his won everything availible to him!!!! Just some quotes to end on:

I would have said between Xavi and Iniesta also, but Villa had a superb tournament. I also thought that had Robben and Sneijder played for a team like Spain instead of Holland, they would probably had better tournaments. I'm gonna' have to go with Xavi based on pure ability.
