Liverpool 3rd season

Here is my current depth chart at Liverpool in my third season. I play a 4-2-3-1 formation.

Striker: Fernando Torres is my striker, led the league in goals last year and is leading again this year. I have Keirrison backing him up.

Attacking Midfielders: I have Mirko Vucinic on the left, when I bought him he was primarily a striker but I trained him at left wing and he plays great. My AMC is Aliaksander Hleb who leads the league in assists and pass completion. On right wing I have Bojan. On the bench I have Diego Buonanotte, who is actually probably a better indivual player than Hleb, but the team seems to play better with Hleb, especially Torres. For addition depth I have Keirrison trained at right wing and I also can also move Gerrard up to here.

Center Midfielders: Steven Gerrard, Javier Mascherano, Lassana Diarra. Gerrard plays every game while the other 2 rotate. Gerrard normally gets tired because in my tactics I have him all over the place so whoever between Diarra and Mascherano doesnt start normally gets into the game anyway.

Defenders: At central defense I rotate Jaime Carragher, Daniel Agger and Federico Fazio, pretty straight forward. At right back I have Christian Maggio and Cicinho. Maggio is primarily a right midfielder but I've trained him at right back and he's done well. At left back I have Benzaratti and Andrea Dossena.

My keeper is stil Pepe Reina.

I have a few other players who provide me with additional depth, Martin Skrtel, Andrew Bikey, Sebastian Giovanci. So basically my starting 11 is:

Benzaratti--Carragher--Fazio--Maggio

Laurito scored 14 goals in the champions and 28 goals in 28 league games!
Matias fernandez was my best player with 7.67!

Well I am doing horrible with Real Madrid; just can't make it against big teams half of second season this is my team so it's definetly the tactics

DL: Marcelo and Heinze: Bale comes next year so Heinze out
DR: Ramos and Gunter (good prospects and can play left too)
DC: Pepe and Garay
DC: Richards
DM: Gago, Camacho and De la Red
RW: Robben; Higuain
LW: Capel; Dos Santos
OM: Sneider or Van Der Vaart
F: Balotelli and Dos Santos or Raul and Van Nistelrooy

Next Transfer window; Heinze Guti Raul and Van Nistelrooy out and I'll just promote players from the u 19 squad

Can someone tell me if young players improve even if they don't play; its a noob question but its the first fm I play I guess they have to play and I tutorate them but Id like to know so I dont have to put them on the pitch in too many games

erm. to be honest i dont really know just give them like full 90 minutes in a game u probs should be winning or a league cup game or something or bring them on when ur winning like 2-0 at half time :)

or you could send them out on loan if you want but i wouldnt recommend it

yeah its what I do thanks for the advice I actually loan nobody; but for example I bought camacho balotelli and richards first year and I actually make them sign after the season; so when they come they already got experience and balotelli and richards are regular in the starting line up (sorry for my english); and of course theyre cheaper
