I did start something similar which unfortunatley didn't work on my part. This is a bit different because I will carry on with it. ME PROMISE :P

How This Will Work:
STEP 1: You will make a team name and get a badge and kits (I will be able to do some on request)
STEP 2: Draft rounds 1-12 will commence. ​
STEP 3: The league will start.
STEP 4: A second season will commence if this is successful enough .

There will be opportunities for transfers but ONLY BETWEEN THE TEN CLUBS. These transfer windows will be in November-February and June-August. All drafts and transfer negotiating and formations will be put IN THE THREAD. No communication or secret deals to be done via PM.

Badge: A Ram's head with Derby Dynamos written somewhere, if that's possible
Home Kit: Dark Blue, with badge above, made by Adidas, with Twitter as the sponsor?
Away Kit: Bright Pink, with same details as above?

Sorry if I've got completely the wrong end of the stick regarding kits :P

In the OP post would it be easier to deal with PM and then both clubs announce it on the thread.

Good Idea StephenMUFC. It is up to you how you do it but if you want to do it Via PM BOTH teams must confirm.
Also, All Teams will be worth 20m to make it fair.

Home Kit: Dark Green with Yellow details (Any details).
Away Kit: Pale Blue with Black details (Any details)
 
Team Name: North East Knockers
Badge: Green Splodge Shape
Home Kit: Middlesbrough Kit (without sponsor and with splodge)
Away: Same but black instead of red
