I'm managing Napoli in Italy and i was wondering if there was anyway to bring in South American, African, or European players under 18. I've signed a couple who are only 16 and now I have to wait 2 years for them to come. Anyway around the age regulations?

No, transfer rules in they countries dont allow them to leave before they are 17/18
