I am running a challenge on my YouTube channel where I have set up the Youth Academy Challenge with Vauxhall Motors FC in the Blue Square North. However, I am doing a twist on it by implementing a Pass The Parcel challenge into the game as well where I invite viewers to play 6 month segments of the challenge and see how different FM players manage the same team differently.
The Mission if you are unaware is to take a low club (eg. from Blue Square North/South) to Champions League glory by being 100% reliant on your youth academy products. Therefore, no signings at all. However, the hiring of backroom staff is allowed. The rules alongside this challenge is: No Genie Scout, No using real time editors.
