I've started a save with Red Star Belgrade, I want to create team that is able to produce major HG talent. Something like Ajax in Holland. I want my team to be known for it's good youth academy. Does anyone know where can I find a guide to help me in terms of what I need? Good coaches, etc..

Training facilities, youth facilities, youth recruitment and junior coaching as high as you can possibly get them.

Head of youth development with high determination and a good personality.

Bunch of specialized coaches with high working with youngsters for youth team(Can ignore fitness and GK)
