hi guys i have been playing my celtic save for quite a while now and noticed most of my regens that come through the youth academy are attack minded players and hardly get any good defenders/midfielders so the question is does it matter what your backroom staff attributes are like if most of them are attack minded does that make a difference on the regens that come to your club or is it just a mixture of timing and luck???

It's like that for everyone I know, I always get AML/AMC/ST mainly, I get 1 out of 3 youth intakes an average Defender.

But to answer your question it's nothing to do with your backroom staff, It's all random but the game still seems to edge to attacking players more than defenders.
