Youth and Reserve Training Glitch?

Hi Guys, I read this forum religiously but I think this may be my first post.

I have noticed throughout all the saves I have been running that the Under 18's and Reserves match training never gets saved? I am running the latest patch so wondered if I was doing something wrong.

Basically the slider and the focus seem to reset themselves after I continue the game. The first team training works fine so I don't understand the issue. The problem is that all the Under 18's become unhappy with traning as when it resets it resets to Very Heavy training.

Any help greatly appreciated!

maybe ur u-18 manager/assistant have control on them, and when u change some settings, he just simply put his own back there?

I had thought of that but there is no option (that I can see) in the staff responsibilities for this?

u can take responsibility, but i think that when u do that, u will have to also take charge over whole youth team like playing matches and everything else.
