Youth Facilities

I've tried searching through the site, and can't find anything about this anywhere.

How much does the quality of your training facilities affect the quality of your training ratings? e.g. if you have 5 star coaches, and upgrade your youth setup, do they go up to 6 stars. And, are you more likely to get better youth regens if you have, say, state of the art facilities rather than good facilities?

thought training was improved too, I guess both are logical answers.

I'm sure better facilities help raise attributes, but mostly first team football with a good training schedule. It's nice to know that better facilities mean better regens, as I've wondered why I've been getting really good youth players coming through.

I can only assume that better facilities would mean better regens but also a better chance of players reaching their full potential with good caoches.
