Youth intake time?

Do all the clubs intake new re-gens at the same time? Or does it vary between leagues? Because it would make sense to scout them as soon as they're released in order to get the best talents.

No, leagues introduce their youth intake at different times, there is a thread where someone has them dated but I can't seem to find it mate sorry. But yep it is a good idea what you are suggesting, worth bearing in mind not to highlight unrealistic signatures as 90% of the time new youth players aren't interested in any other club for the first 3 months. Ideally, just scout all of them just to be aware of the best ones then wait a bit until they get over their love in with new club

i believe thats the thread your looking for look out for french, germany italy, brazil, mexico,france and argentina in particular, the usa also throw up the odd superstar from time to time.
