just got this guy in my second season with Chelsea, Potentially to become as good as hazard maybe? What would be the best way to manage him and get him to reach his potential? was thinking as using him in the first team?

I would personally put him in U18 for a season get him tutored by someone with High Determination and set him to Trequartista and use him odd cup game etc after season or 2 put him in U21 use in cup games odd league game then training specific attributrs like pace,touch,passing,composure etc he should become quality.
