So this is one of my youth intake players to come through, seeing as my back 4 is my weakest point i was rather happy when i get this guy, labelled the next Ashley Cole . what approach should i take to get the best out of this youngster.......

Wrong place to post, you should post in show of my regens thread. On to your question you should put him on fullback all duties focusing on his positioning and crossing every now and then.
