I'd start with his physicals and get his strength and stamina up a bit through intensive focused training, then target some key Mentals. Once he hits his 20's move on to his Technicals. Obviously, along side this, get him some game time and have him being mentored by a player with high determination and sound personality.

His team work is to high to be Ashley Cole. He should have like 3 team work with the Roma team photo.
 
Why does FM always generate fullbacks with unusable crossing. Every youth FB I've tried to focus on it always moans that it won't be beneficial either. I usually retrain FBs like this to DM/CM.
