Youth Level

I asked my board to increase our youth level and they agreed and said, "We are now considered a level 2 academy", however when I checked my facilities it still says level 3, anyone else had this problem? What do I need to do?

Are you in mid-season? If so you will probably have to wait until the start of a new season.
