youth players, go on loan or play u18 at club?

Hey guys, im arsnal 2nd seasen and i have quite a fuw 5 star youths n i up graded to full training and youth facilliates. i send players out on loan and they play 35 averge games a seasen. but i have top doller facilliates now so what do i do. keep under 18s at club n use them in researvs or send um all out on loan.
