pretty young players. But my youth politicy and dominestic player bias
still 2.

Im not sure you have bought any spanish players so the domestic policy part

You have to play youth players and buy players from your clubs country

To get youth policy up you have to buy 15-18 year olds and to get domestic player bias up you have to buy players from the nation you are managing in.
