Hey guys, playing with Rayo Vallecano in October 2022.
I had won La Liga for the first time the previous season and had a bunch of improvements approved at the end of the year. I have a new stadium due 2024 and Training, Youth Facilities and Youth Recruitment network to upgrade on Oct 21, 2022.
It is now Oct 23, 2022 My training facilities are upgraded as stated and the youth recruitment network is listed as completed. However under the 'facilities' screen it is still listed as 'average youth recruitment'. Now I was kinda bummed so i went and downloaded a scout program and i checked the value of the youth recruitment network is at 10. I loaded a save before the completion date and the the value was also 10.
Has anyone else had this happen? Do I need to wait until the next regen date for the change. If this is a glitch how am i ever to upgrade the recruitment network. Help please.
