Hello, fellow FM players !

I have a rather uncommon request. I want to know if it's possible to make an embargo on every club (until centuries later). But not a "classical" embargo, but something that looks like what happened in Yugoslavia, namely a transfer embargo on players under 27, forcing all clubs to grow their own players and who could sign some older players (precisely those over 27 ^^) to help the younger players.

Pretty sure you would have to change league rules eg number of foreign players to 0 max player age to 27 possibly
