Youth Team Coaches

Is it useful to have youth coaches ? I never hired nor youth team coaches nor first team coaches. I just give them the role of general coaches. Do they do both responsabilities ? Train the first team and the youth ?

They used to, but not anymore... Your regular coaches will train the first team and the reserves team, but you will need youth coaches for the youth team.

Ohh ok, then my youth team havent had any coach for two seasons ahaha. Im Norwich so, my youth players suck anyway, and the under20 that are good, are part of the first team so they learn from the regular coaches right ?

If they're in the first team squad they benefit from the regular and first team coaches yeah
