Youth Team players nationalities.

I have a question about the youth teams nationalities.jus´curious, i´ve noticed when i had for example a cyprus youth coach, then i got a youth player from cyprus. does anyone know how the youth trainers affect the youths nationalities??

I got the exact same thing, signed Alessio Cerci and Christian Chivu as youth coaches and alas, a Romanian regen and an Italian regen!
