Anyone got a Training system for youth?
I want most of them to make my first team in a few season, so get them training ready now :D....

I know it must be wrong but the u19s that ain't on loan receive exactly the same training as first team, they may be exhausted but they always finish first or second and they most of the time make it to the first team (got two right now straight from the cradle plus all the u19s signings) tutorate them, very important look at their stats and their personalities (don't tutorate a technical guy by cardozo if you see what I mean) if it matches someone he admires, then he'll learn and learn and train and train and will make it after a season or two.

But doesn't Tug's have a really, really bad negative effect after 4 months?

I prefer Darkstarr to Tugs and that too has a youth training schedule.

thank you, im going to chek this

I hope it is the right one lol.

But i know of Tugs training being good because i use that and it has been all good.

The very best way to train youth is: simply tailor a schedule to each player. Thats where Tugs training fails IMO because not every striker for example is gonna need the same training... so check out your players stats, see which ones you want to build on and then make a schedule just for him. Repeat for every player! Works much better than ANY other form of training. Tugs training has ruined many a good youngster.

boy tonasz you're starting to have quite a palmares, I'll see where I am in the sixth season, don't put runner-up, just the trophies being a runner up is the worst thing, it only implies that if you had thought twice a precise game you'd be first!

No... it implies that i was runner up because the other teams played better.... If i dont put runner-up then people will assume i finished lower, dont question me child.

Thats better :) ... and i see your managing Real Madrid.... a little easy isnt it?
