Thinking of buying cheap young players that will in a season or two be a regular in to my Barca side.
Anyone got any suggestions that are under 4 mill?

You have a team that can hold for 2 or 3 years. meantime, search for regens and build them in the b squad

How about check the b squad? Remember Barca have an amazing youth system, coupled with a great first team, so promote the youngsters. If you are desperate to sign players Wellington Nem and Adryan come to mind for under £4 million.
