Zeman Fan-- 4 3 3 v attacking- but will it work or no

I am a Zdenek Zeman fan and before I tried to use his famous 4-3-3 formation but would it work in FM15.

4-3-3 Zemaniano for FM14 - Zemanlandia is reborn

I tried to use it by downloading it on fm15 but somehow it is not working so after I set everything out it seems that while on fm14 it was a great tactic in fm15 it is not so good.

What would I need to change and is there people who like huge amout of goals a try on it

So I put the advanced wingbacks on the same line as the 2central defenders and put it to counter attacks and got 5 out of 6 win in the last 6 games and saved my team.

Works incredibly well, and you score a lot!!!
