Doesn't matter, for this tactic at least. I have them set to switch positions throughout the game anyways, so they'll be on both sides.
on the tactic I downloaded it has the rmd swapping positions with the centre midfielders. is this right??
I change it anyway to switch with other rmd and it seems to be working better

I noticed mine swapping with the striker so have switched to the rmd's. performing much better, just beat Chelsea 4-2 in capital one cup final with West Brom

Yea, should definitely be the RMD's swapping position with each other, not with the CM or DLF - not sure why it's showing up that way, but I'll add something to the first post, thanks.

I have been playing this tactic for about 20 games now and having no joy whatsoever with my everton side. I have rotariu, miralles and oxlade chamberlain for the wide positions, kondogbia, barkley and Gibson etc in the middle. Followed all the instructions?

Strange, let me load up Everton and see if I can spot anything.

Things are going decently here

One big problem I've noticed with Everton though is that they really don't have anyone that's good in the RMD spot. And the RMD spot is what makes this tactic work. So each game is more difficult than it should be. Pienaar, Mirallas, Osman - they all suck as RMD's. I'm hopeful that when Koné and Barkley get back from injuries, they'll be able to do a better job. Right now most of my goals are coming from Baines crosses to Lukaku up top and the RMD's aren't doing anything. That could be why you're having trouble with Everton.

training for thiw tactic?

Tactics Very High for preason for both general and match training. Then when the season starts, team cohesion average for general and attacking movement for match training.

Though I don't know if it makes all that much of a difference.

Been trying this with my Montrose save (Scottish League Two, Montrose are a poor team) and it's been pretty decent, will persist until the end of the season with it but it looks promising.

Not bad - should get better as they get fully fluid!

It fell apart right after that screenshot and lost six on the bounce. Not sure what went wrong!

Started a new season with Spurs, seems no tactic I use, made or imported from here work, but hey-ho.

Decent start to the season. Currently second in the table. All the losses I have encountered are due to a red card and at the LEAST 1 injury. The destruction of me by Gladbach was after I made 3 subs due to injury and fatigue, then get an injury and then a red card. So disregarding the bullshit the ME gives me, this tactic seems very positive.

Wow, I haven't lost 6 in a row with any team I've tried this with!

I'll try Montrose next
