zenit 2nd season

i won the Russian premier division and the cup in my first season and im still in the europa league. In my second season i want to defend my titles and push for a europa win or run in champions league. I figure i could use a young CB as a back up, and/or a good LB? Kolarov is transfer listed at the moment but he doesnt look that good? I also could get neymar or Ganso and although i probs dont need either of them the possibility of having them is tempting! I have a little more than 10M to spend but can pay some in monthly installments.. so i want to know what i should do? what positions and player recommendations please!
