when i try an start football manager 20111 it says "error:unable to find some essential data, please ensure the game is installed correctly, if the problem persista contact technical support" i have unistalled an reinstalled the game but still the message appears, can anyone help

Every time i start a new game i start with 0 transfer funds, this is the same for every club i choose, this did not happen initially and has only started to occur recently, does anyone know what is causing this to happen and if so how can it be fixed?????
