I was wondering what each rating meant for a player, i see that people are only really interested in playrs with 160+ pa/ca. does that mean that all players with that rating are world class?

What PA/ CA ratings would you class world class, legendary, average etc? 180 - 200 - Legendary 170 - 180 - World Class 160 - 170 - Exceptional 150 - 160 - International Level 140 - 150 - Good 130 - 140 - Average What do you reckon?

How do I edit the foreign player limit in each league? I want to make it so that teams in England can only field 5 foreign players per match, how do i do this?
