Does anyone have a ranking of the team cohesion levels? I want to know where I'm at, what's the maximum, etc. Currently the Team Talk Feedback screen says "attained a good level of understanding" which I presume is pretty decent but it'd be good to know how far off the best level it is.

I seem to have been struggling with these for years, even if the meeting goes well the final conversation option - usually I thought that went well or that didn't go as expected etc - always seems to lower morale, even if the whole team agreed with me. Any tips?

Just moved to a new club (Aston Villa, who have been bought by a tycoon) and for some reason nearly no scouts are interested in signing? I've managed to get two fairly useless scouts, one a recently retired player, but not much use. Any ideas why this is or how to remedy it? Ta.
