Does anyone have a ranking of the team cohesion levels? I want to know where I'm at, what's the maximum, etc. Currently the Team Talk Feedback screen says "attained a good level of understanding" which I presume is pretty decent but it'd be good to know how far off the best level it is.

Presumably you switched to defensive training? Was your tactic more attacking to compensate?

I've had similar issues despite being experienced and successful on every FM since 09 - 2nd season at Liverpool after coming 4th and winning FA cup I couldn't find any consistency and ended up being sacked mid season. Now at Celta having similar issues, struggling to find a formation that fits...

Hmmm that's never worked for me

I seem to have been struggling with these for years, even if the meeting goes well the final conversation option - usually I thought that went well or that didn't go as expected etc - always seems to lower morale, even if the whole team agreed with me. Any tips?

I'm currently really struggling for form/on the verge of getting the sack - how do you go about turning results around? Do you change tactic? Is morale the key?

Ended up spending £60ish... Scored on 2nd appearance so that's something but not sure he can ever be worth that much. All the others you mention would cost more where I'm at so had to be done really.

I try and judge on stats, scouts assessment of potential (the text at least). So does this mean you sign pretty much all of your youth intake?

I've played three at the back with Wingers (on support duty generally), two centre mids on support and defend duties (occasionally a DM), somehow it worked though seemed like it shouldn't.

I often struggle away (though not always, mysteriously spank teams on occasion), don't feel comfortable unless I'm attacking. Feel like playing defensively puts me on the back foot - not saying that's the case, think I'm missing something.

Can you post screenshots of the tactic please? Roles/instructions/etc.
