When I click join other server to play online, it pops up an error saying "unable to connect to server" What is actually happening?? Actually I am not actually 100% sure if I know how to play online. If anyone can list all the steps and tell me? Thanks

How can I start an online game with others? or how can I join?

I have tried to put him as Advanced Playmaker (Attack) or Central (attack), but neither works. Anyone knows how to get him productive? I have Arteta (Advanced PLaymaker - Attack) playing alongside him and Van Persie in the front (AF). Thanks
