On my game its there. It comes under interaction > interact with player > Recent Form (external) . Then i can praise the player.

Was just playing Tottenham in the Premiership with Leeds. I was 2-0 down with about 15-20 mins left . I had barely had a shot all game until I cameback and scored 3 within 10 mins . Couldn't believe it!
