So I went for Gundogan and he's not been great for me at all up until recently and after picking up way too many yellow cards, he's finally scraped himself up to a 7.01 average rating, having scored two goal and only a handful of assists (Maybe even just two or three). I've had to speak to him...

What does the map have to do with it? Lol

Make him available for the reserves, give him some first-team games whenever you can (If you can't, loan him out and make sure he'll be an important first-team player) Also make him a custom training regime.

Oh dear, you're in quite a tricky situation there. I know there is a few ways around this but the more experienced members would have to tell you!
