This is probably a stupid question but I was just wondering how come in Spain you can manage B teams but in say Germany, you can't manage the 2nd teams. Because you can't manage Dortmund II or Stuttgart II in the German Third Division and I thought it would be pretty cool if you could.

I've applied for a number of Olympic teams (U-23's) jobs and they said they have received my job application but it's been weeks later and I've had no replies and it's getting close to the start of the tournament now. Will I get a reply? Or will they just ignore me?
