Ive just checked, and it doesnt seem to have anything to do with that... Example; Aguero tutoring a regen - He has determination 20 and the regen had 17, it is still dropping... The player is on a normal training schedule playing for U19 squad... Forgot to mention, its the same with conentration...

Im playing with barca in the 16/17 season so theres been plenty of great regens to go thrue. What i have noticed is, that every regen i ever train myself will have drops in there determination stat. Its the only stat that will drop if you look at all the regens and it will never ever increase...

I'm barca, worldclass manager, and he's 20 years old - I'm his favourite staff person :/

Add a new manager or wait patiently till the manager you want to replace either retires or gets fired...

I got this midfielder regen with great creativity and technique. Problem is, that im playing Barca, and im using a fast short passing game, but hes only preferred move is 'attempting long direct passes', and he refuses to change, because he doesn't believe that it will improve his game... So...

Got Alioune Traore for only 12k and Juan Jose Coch for only 120k Troare, Ahmed, Rico are allready playing regualy for my first team... I changed the Valuta Course and language - is there a std. Valuta thats prober to use on this fora?

Just add more then one manager and choose the teams you want to manage... Click the FM button in the upper right corner and the you should see that option available... I hop im answering the right question...

I have that problem too... I think even tho you dont you make the decision to fine, replace, sell or whatever a player you are stille responsible for the actions... Lets hope they fix this with an update...

Loading is slower.... But i think its worth the greater spand of different and exciting players :)
