I have received a non Steam copy of FM12. How do I get the update patches?

I have downloaded a facepack for the Greek league. Most of the players in game are greyed out, with the exception of a couple per team. This results in only the non greyed out ones' photos showing up in game. How can I fix it so they all show up?
