Not got far enough in FM24 yet, but in past games I tend to rotate throughout the season while keeping an eye on playing time happiness. Star Players and Important Players are the only players that get upset about not playing a game, every other type of player you can easily rotate in and out...
They seem to be broken in this year's game. 3rd season with Celtic, near 200m in the bank, CL finalists last season and still I can't get more than 8 coaches. Manager still having to cover more than one of the training elements
I played a season of this with Celtic (and won the league and cup double, getting Pep and Klopp sacked in the process!) and really enjoyed it. Celtic going from having a 2.5m transfer budget to a 75m one when the board realised the amount of revenue being created.
